Subject: [PATCH] staging: ashmem: Fix coding style

Keep checkpatch happy by addressing the following:
CHECK: Alignment should match open parenthesis
CHECK: Blank lines aren't necessary after an open brace '{'
CHECK: No space is necessary after a cast
