Subject: [PATCH] workqueue: sanity check pool->cpu in wq_worker_sleeping()

In theory, pool->cpu is equals to @cpu in wq_worker_sleeping() after
worker->flags is checked.

And "pool->cpu != cpu" sanity check will help us if something wrong.
