Subject: [PATCHv4 1/4] thermal: exynos: Fix wrong value of TRIMINFO_RELOAD_SHIFT

This patch fix wrong value of TRIMINFO_RELOAD_SHIFT. TRIMINFO_CONTROL register
has 'RELOAD' field at [0] bit.
