Subject: [PATCH 2/2] prctl.2: document SECCOMP_MODE_FILTER vs EFAULT

This notes the distinction made between EINVAL and EFAULT when attempting
to use SECCOMP_MODE_FILTER with PR_SET_SECCOMP.
