Subject: [PATCH] staging: rtl8723au: hal: rtl8723au_led.c:  Remove some unused functions

Removes some functions that are not used anywhere:
rtl8723au_DeInitSwLeds() rtl8723au_InitSwLeds()

This was partially found by using a static code analysis program called cppcheck.
