Clock provider drivers have slowly migrated away from it and we are now at a point to remove it completely and hide its contents in drivers/clk/clk.c so that code outside of the core clk framework cannot dereference these bookkeeping pointers. This series removes the last two remaining references to the header, migrates the struct definitions to clk.c and deletes the header.
