Subject: [PATCH v7 3/7] perf: define EVENT_DEFINE_RANGE_FORMAT_LITE helper

Define a lite version of the EVENT_DEFINE_RANGE_FORMAT() that avoids
defining helper functions for the bit-field ranges.
