I hide the patch since it has been managled by Thunderbird.

I confirm that after applying those 3 patches, my machine boots fine mutiple
times WITH OR WITHOUT HDMI plugged in and there is no WARNINGs about
drm/i915 in kernel log. So I think these patches have successfully 
solved the
problem, although maybe I am the one who makes some mistakes again......
