Subject: [PATCH 116/208] x86/fpu: Simplify fpu__cpu_init()

After the latest round of cleanups, fpu__cpu_init() has become
a simple call to fpu__init_cpu().

Rename fpu__init_cpu() to fpu__cpu_init() and remove the
extra layer.
