Attached is some experimental code to try pmem with different 
cache types (UC, WB, WC, and WT) and memcpy functions using x86 
AVX non-temporal load and store instructions.

It depends on Toshi's WT patch series:
	https://lkml.org/lkml/2015/5/13/866

If you don't have that, you can just comment out the lines related
to ioremap_wt.
