Subject: [PATCH 00/20] tip queue 2015-06-04

From: Borislav Petkov <bp@...e.de>

So lemme drop this pile early now that the new merge window is getting
close.

Pile contains the WT stuff from Toshi Kani, LMCE support from Ashok Raj
and a bunch of cleanups.

It builds and boots fine here on everything.
