Slow down.  This patch is totally wrong.  You're panicking and sending
nonsense patches without a description or signed off by.  It deletes
code.  The v2 isn't where it should be [PATCH 2/2 v2].

There is no need to rush.  Fix this and send the patch tomorrow.
