Subject: [PATCH 3.19.y-ckt 074/130] ASoC: pcm1681: Fix setting de-emphasis sampling rate selection

3.19.8-ckt6 -stable review patch. If anyone has any objections, please let me know.

------------------

From: Axel Lin <axel.lin@...ics.com>

commit fa8173a3ef0570affde7da352de202190b3786c2 upstream.

The de-emphasis sampling rate selection is controlled by BIT[3:4] of
PCM1681_DEEMPH_CONTROL register. Do proper left shift to set it.
