Subject: [PATCH] x86/head_32.S: Remove unused macros

This patch removes two unused macros: X86_VENDOR and X86_HARD_MATH
from the arch/x86/kernel/head_32.S. Also as CPUINFO_x86_vendor not
used anywhere, we can safely remove it from asm-offsets_32.c
