Subject: [PATCH 2/2] PM / hibernate: Define pr_fmt() and use pr_*() instead of printk()

From: Rafael J. Wysocki <rafael.j.wysocki@...el.com>

Define a pr_fmt() for hibernate.c and convert all of the explicit
printk() calls into corresponding pr_*() so that they use the
pr_fmt() format.
