Subject: [PATCH] edac: thunderx: Replace pci_alloc_msix_exact

Replace the deprecated pci_alloc_msix_exact() with
pci_alloc_irq_vectors().

Avoid the container_of usage in the interrupt handler
by simply passing the required struct as data to the interrupt
handler.
