The prototype in trace.h is actually guarded by:
#if defined(CONFIG_FUNCTION_TRACER) && defined(CONFIG_DYNAMIC_FTRACE)

So, I will guard the call to clear_ftrace_function_probes() in trace.c 
with the same.
