Subject: [PATCH] staging: fsl-mc: remove stale Makefile entry for dpmng.o

Removing the file causes a build failure:

make[5]: *** No rule to make target 'drivers/staging/fsl-mc/bus/dpmng.o', needed by 'drivers/staging/fsl-mc/bus/mc-bus-driver.o'.

This adapts the Makefile as needed.
