Subject: [PATCH 2/3] [media] Siano: Improve a size determination in six
 functions

From: Markus Elfring <elfring@...rs.sourceforge.net>
Date: Mon, 28 Aug 2017 12:38:39 +0200

Replace the specification of data structures by pointer dereferences
as the parameter for the operator "sizeof" to make the corresponding size
determination a bit safer according to the Linux coding style convention.

This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software.
