Subject: [git pull] drm fixes for v4.14-rc6

Hi Linus,

Standard fixes pull for rc6. One regression fix for amdgpu, a bunch
of nouveau fixes that I'd missed a pull req for from Ben last week,
some exynos regression fixes, and a few fixes for i915.

Dave.
