IIUC, he means PageHead(), which is also hard to grep for, since it is
a constructed name, via Page##uname in include/linux/page-flags.h:

__PAGEFLAG(Head, head, PF_ANY) CLEARPAGEFLAG(Head, head, PF_ANY)
