Subject: [PATCH 2/3] mm: treat indirectly reclaimable memory as available in MemAvailable

This patch adjusts /proc/meminfo MemAvailable calculation
by adding the amount of indirectly reclaimable memory
(rounded to the PAGE_SIZE).
