Please find attached a Purchase Order#  14495926    for the 
requested services or goods. Please acknowledge PO and provide 
commit date for delivery within 2 working days.

In order to receive timely payment in accordance with the payment

Upon online submission of the Invoice to the finance department, 
you should also attach the following:

 

1.       Copy of the Purchase Order

2.       Signed delivery note by a WFT representative (for any 
goods provided)

3.       Copy of JDE RT (Receipt Traveler), This will be provided 
by A WFT team member.

To obtain JDE Receipt Traveler, please send request to below 
email address (once Delivery Note / Service Ticket is signed and
