Subject: [PATCH] ALSA: seq_oss: Mark expected switch fall-through

In preparation to enabling -Wimplicit-fallthrough, mark switch cases
where we are expecting to fall through.

Warning level 2 was used: -Wimplicit-fallthrough=2
