I made a patch below.
With this patch, the ftp-transfer-stop problem does not happen.
Therefore, I think this is not a problem of vsftpd.

Mr.YOSHIFUJI san, why did you set TCPOLEN_TSTAMP_ALIGNED
to iov_len?
