Subject: [PATCH] [SCTP]: Remove redundant wrapper functions.

sctp_datamsg_free and sctp_datamsg_track are just aliases for
sctp_datamsg_put and sctp_chunk_hold, respectively.

Saves 32 Bytes on x86.
