Subject: [PATCH 16/40] i2400m: host-to-device protocol definitions

This defines the structures and constants for the host-device
protocols:

 - boot / firmware upload protocol

 - general data transport protocol

 - control protocol

This header file is done in such a way that can also be used verbatim
by user space.
