Subject: [PATCH]: remove redundant sched/ in net/Makefile

Remove redundant sched/ in net/Makefile.

sched/ is contained in previous:
obj-$(CONFIG_NET) += ethernet/ 802/ sched/ netlink/,
so the later
obj-$(CONFIG_NET_SCHED) += sched/
isn't necessary.
