Subject: [PATCH 1/4] stmmac: thinking about a generic driver for Synopsys Controllers.

The idea behind this patch is to start thinking about a
generic driver for Synopsys Ethernet Controllers
starting from the stmmac device driver.
In the future, the stmmac could be also renamed as "synmac";
I'd like to see it working on other systems with other CPUs
(ARM, SH) and other Synopsys Ethernet IPs.

This patch moves specific dma parts, HW initialisations,
platform setup etc. from the main source to other files
splitting more and more common parts, dma engine and supports.
Its goal is to make easier future developments to extend
the driver.

This driver's structure is:
o Kconfig
o Makefile
o stmmac_main.c
o stmmac_mdio.c
o stmmac_ethtool.c
o stmmac_timer.[ch]
  Timer code used for mitigating the driver dma interrupts.
  New chips have an embedded watchdog that is not supported
  in this implementation. On SH an external timer has been used
  for this job. In particular it's possible to use either the TMU
  (channel 2) or the RTC;
o stmmac.h: private driver structure;
o common.h: common definitions and VFTs;
o descs.h: descriptor structures. Note that the GMAC uses the enhanced
  structure;
o dwmac1000_core.c: GMAC core funtions;
o dwmac1000_dma.c:  DMAC dma funtions;
  Voluntarily this has been moved out from the core because it seems
  that on some platforms somebody could use another dma engine.
  So this could actually make easier a future work on this area;
o dwmac1000.h: specific header file for the GMAC;
o dwmac100.[ch]: MAC 100 core and dma code;
o dwmac_dma.h: common dma functions and macro for mac and gmac;
o dwmac_lib.c:
  the dma functions have been moved out from the main source
  to this file. For example the dma interrupt function.
