Subject: [PATCH] net: add __rcu annotation to sk_filter

Add __rcu annotation to :
        (struct sock)->sk_filter

And use appropriate rcu primitives to reduce sparse warnings if
CONFIG_SPARSE_RCU_POINTER=y
