Please do not use my sign-off since I do not work for QLogic anymore.
I do not know what is the right way of doing it. However, you may
acknowledge my name on the patch provided the patch is the same when I
last worked on it. Sign-off may not be appropriate as it contains
QLogic mail id which is not correct on the current date. I didn't get
a chance to look up netdev in last several months, and hence do not
know if any other patches have gone in with my sign-off since August,
2012. If so, please take care of those, provided there's a way to do
it.
