Hi all,

please take a look at 7th re-spin of the patch.

Here I addressed another set of comments from Andy Shevchenko.

1. Re-use FIRST_OR_LAST_MASK more extensively.
2. Use write-specific barrier "wmb()" instead of generic "mb()".
3. Do netdev allocation as late as possible.
