Subject: [PATCH net] packet: propagate sock_cmsg_send() error

From: Soheil Hassas Yeganeh <soheil@...gle.com>

-EINVAL, and we should properly propagate them.

Fixes: c14ac9451c34 ("sock: enable timestamping using control messages")
