Subject: [PATCH 2/2] qla3xxx: Fix a possible sleep-in-atomic bug in ql_wait_for_drvr_lock

The driver may sleep under a spinlock.
The function call path is:
ql_adapter_up (acquire the spinlock)
  ql_wait_for_drvr_lock
    ssleep --> may sleep

To fix it, ssleep is replaced with mdelay.

This bug is found by my static analysis tool(DSAC) and checked by my code review.
