Subject: [PATCH] net: hns: remove redundant variables 'max_frm' and 'tmp_mac_key'

Variables 'max_frm' and 'tmp_mac_key' are being assigned,
but are never used,hence they are redundant and can be removed.

fix fllowing warning:
