And they point to Honeywords as well, an interesting "security by
obesity" proposal that I remember several of us didn't quite agree upon
as a good idea...

There haven't been much press on PHC so far, I expect that to change
soon. A quick search about PHC gave me this little gem: "I like this,
but I fear whatever they come up with won't really be used unless NIST
also adopts it."
