Important changes:
  - updated test vectors
  - reference implementation now supports client-independent update for
    keyed password hashing and keyed server relief
  - introducing Catena-Axungia (automated benchmark tool to find
    optimal cost parameters)
  - introducing Catena-Variants (implementation of Catena that allows
    extensions and modifications)
