PROBLEM: ftpd and ftp incorrectly manage buffers.
PLATFORM: HP-UX releases B.10.01, B.10.10, B.10.20, B.10.24,

IMPACT: Remote users could execute unauthorized code.
SOLUTION: Install the appropriate patch for HP-UX releases as
