VULNERABILITY SUMMARY
Potential security vulnerabilities have been identified in Firefox for HP Tru64 UNIX and in the Mozilla Application Suite for HP Tru64 UNIX. The vulnerabilities could result in possible remote execution of arbitrary code or Denial of Service (DoS).

BACKGROUND
RESOLUTION
HP has resolved the potential vulnerabilities by releasing the following new Firefox and Mozilla versions:
Mozilla 1.7.13 Application Suite for HP Tru64 UNIX
Firefox 1.5.0.3 for HP Tru64 UNIX
Firefox 1.0.8 for HP Tru64 UNIX
Note: Firefox 1.0.8 will be the final set of official security and stability updates for Firefox 1.0.x. HP recommends that customers upgrade to the latest 1.5.0.x versions of Firefox to take advantage of significant security and stability enhancements.
