New curl packages are available for Slackware 13.0, 13.1, 13.37, 14.0, 14.1,
14.2, and -current to fix security issues.
Here are the details from the Slackware 14.2 ChangeLog:

This update fixes three security issues:
URL globbing out of bounds read
TFTP sends more than buffer size
FILE buffer read out of bounds
