It was discovered that missing input validation in the Open Ticket
Request System could result in privilege escalation by an agent with
write permissions for statistics.

For the oldstable distribution (jessie), this problem has been fixed
in version 3.3.18-1+deb8u1.

For the stable distribution (stretch), this problem has been fixed in
version 5.0.16-1+deb9u2.

We recommend that you upgrade your otrs2 packages.
