Message-ID: <200208140957.03448.steve@videogroup.com> From: steve at videogroup.com (Steve) Subject: OT SOLUTION How about this, What if we simply answer all these OT's offline? Sure we don't get to tell the world how we feel when someone says something dumb about us. But all of us would know that it was handled properly, offline. As a matter of fact I think all would agree that we would be very impressed in not seing any replies, just knowing it was handled nicely, offline. Think how quiet it would be. Everyone just replies offline to the person and the list stays fairly pure. We could then pat ourselves on the back and say good job! Though, it would take a lot if guts not to yell back. -- Steve Szmidt V.P. Information Technology Video Group Distributors, Inc.
