Can you do a traceroute? My traceroute shows this:
15 194.ATM6-0.GW1.VAN1.ALTER.NET (152.63.136.237) 236.470 ms 236.021 ms 236.234 ms
16 * * *

Securityfocus uses:
GT Group Telecom Services Corp. GROUPTELECOM-BLK-3 (NET-66-38-128-0-1)
                                  66.38.128.0 - 66.38.255.255
Security Focus GT-66-38-151-0 (NET-66-38-151-0-1)
                                  66.38.151.0 - 66.38.151.63

I'd guess their link to alter.net is broken. And will probably not be
fixed over the weekend :-(
