Subject: Internet at 1am EST

Has anyone notice a large chunck of the Internet go down at around 1am EST?  Myself and a number of others around the world have noticed this.  Wondering if anyone has any input on what's going on.  PS, www.securityfocus.com is down as well.  Any ideas?
