Why not, the media does all the time. ;-) Not to mention to only
partially quote and twist context is the only way he can prove his
ridiculous post.

For example, I took shooting lessons at a shooting range. So now, if I go
and pop someone should the range who taught me how to shoot and sold me
the weapon be charged? Of course not it was my own stupid actions.

The post also doesn't highlight the fact that this amatuer hit man was
caught. How was he caught? Would he have been caught if we didn't have
law enformcement trained on how murders are commited and what to look for?

The problem is, that we don't have a law enforcement for the Internet.
Well, at least not a competant one. So, people are forced to arm
themselves (protect themselves) or be victimized. To make the problem
even worse is that we have politicians who don't understand the first
thing about technology trying to make policy and laws that just don't make
sense. Combine that with the FUD over cyber-terrorism and things will get
much worse before they get better.
