Ehm - it's a bitch of a reconf (hey - we roughly have 3 weeks, which should
be a reasonable deadline), but of course it's not impossible to change root
servers
on a country level.
Anyway - the internet's infrastructure doesn't die nor can it's legal
ownership,
be derived from the workings/ownership of a single service.
