The securityfocus website performance has gone down the tubes since
symantec's takeover. It's a real shame that a billion$ company will not put
the resources in that a small semi-profit group could.  It's too bad that
author's put hard work into writing whitepapers that cannot even be seen by
the community.

They have been down since Friday night from what I have seen. Ever since the
aqcuisition from symantec their level of availability has plummeted. If it
payed well they should give their IT staff a raise obviously they are
demoralized!
