You could also try the GSEC certification from SANS Global Information
Assurance Certification (GIAC), that also covers the CISSP topics in its
CBK.

give information about the governing bodies of the
following Certifications, and where to get their
suggested training material/ books etc.

And if it is possible to give their exams from
