No need.  Dmitri Skylarov was successfully prosecuted for his paper on how
to defeat Adobe's weak copy protection scheme.  And if you're going to be
pendantic enough to claim that a paper isn't the same as a book, I will
suggest that you tell that to the jury at your trial.  It won't help.
